Contact Us: Corrections, Suggestions and Questions About This Site

The boxingbetting.co.uk editorial team can be reached by email. This page says what is worth sending, what to include so a correction can be checked, and what we cannot help with because we are a guide and not a bookmaker.

Our email address

Write to [email protected]. It is the one address for everything on the site: corrections, bookmaker updates, broken links, questions about our images and requests about personal data. There is no contact form, no phone line and no social media account, so a message sent anywhere else claiming to be from us is not from us.

What to send us

  • A correction. An error in a review, an offer, a rule, a price example or a quiz answer. Give the address of the page, the sentence that is wrong and, if you can, where the right fact is published: a bookmaker’s terms page, its sports rules or the Gambling Commission register.
  • Changed bookmaker details. If you represent one of the nine bookmakers and your welcome offer, its terms or your licence details have changed, send the page where the new terms are published. A change to an offer is made from the terms as published, and the date in the page’s sourcing line changes with it.
  • A broken link. The page it is on and the link text is enough.
  • Our images. A credit you think is wrong, or a request to reuse one of our AI images. The photo credits and AI notice pages explain where each picture comes from.
  • A bookmaker to review. It has to hold a Gambling Commission licence and lay a real boxing menu; our how we rate page sets out the rest.
  • A request about your data. The privacy policy explains how little we hold and the rights you have under UK GDPR.

How a correction is handled

Every correction is checked against the source before anything changes: the offer as published for an offer, the bookmaker’s sports rules for a settlement question, the public register for a licence. If the page is wrong, the fact is corrected on every page it appears on, not only the one you wrote about, and the change goes out with the next edition. The answer to a correction is that corrected page rather than a message back. If the source says the page was right, the page stays as it is.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent guide, not a bookmaker. We cannot open or close an account, see a bet, settle a dispute, speed up a withdrawal or apply a bonus. For any of those, contact the bookmaker’s customer service, and if it cannot fix the problem, use its complaints process and then the independent dispute resolution service named in its terms. We also do not give tips or predictions for named fights.

If betting has stopped being fun, you do not need to write to us first. The National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 is free, confidential and open all day and night, and our responsible gambling page lists GamStop, GamCare and the other help available in the UK.

Your email and your privacy

An email you send us contains your address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to deal with what you wrote, we do not add it to a mailing list and we never pass it to a bookmaker. The privacy policy sets out the details.

FAQ

Questions people ask

4 questions answered

Can you help with a problem on my betting account?

No. We are not a bookmaker and cannot see or change any account. Contact the bookmaker’s customer service first, then use its complaints process; if that does not settle it, its terms name the independent dispute resolution service you can take the complaint to.

Will I get a reply?

Not always. The answer to a correction is the page itself, changed in the next edition, rather than a message back. If you need an answer about your personal data, say so at the top of the email.

Can a bookmaker pay to be added or moved up?

No. Every bookmaker is scored on the same six criteria set out on our how we rate page, and no position on the site can be bought. A bookmaker can still tell us when its offer, terms or licence details have changed.

Is there a contact form or a phone number?

No. The site has no forms of any kind and no phone line, so the email address on this page is the only way to reach us. For help with gambling, call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, free and open 24 hours a day.
